Request an Estimate

We’re looking forward to working with you on your next project! To ensure an accurate estimate, we’ll need quite a few details:

  • Complete drawings of the space with detailed measurements (if you need help measuring your space, ask us!)

  • A list of appliances and fixtures (sinks, etc…) that you’ll be incorporating into your design

  • Selected cabinet construction (frameless, inset, etc…)

  • Selected door/drawer style (if you need sample doors, just ask!)

  • Selected color or finish (we can provide you with color samples)

  • Selected trim/crown molding

  • Selected wood species

  • Necessary accessory cabinets (spice racks, cork-lined drawers, etc…)

  • Any mechanical specifications to work around

Additionally, at this time we’ll inquire about your project scope and requested timeline to ensure we can align schedules.

Approve your design

Based on your submitted measurements and drawings we will comprise detailed cabinetry drawings for your review. Additionally we will provide a spec sheet outlining the requested finishes, door styles, and other necessary information for your review plus a qoute.

If there are any edits to the information we provide, those can be communicated via email until a final design has been approved.

Confirm & Review Measurements & Pricing

At this time we will send you an agreement for signature and outline our payment structure.

This is important: Review your drawings and confirm all measurements and dimensions are correct.

Matthew James & Co. is not responsible for inaccurate measurements. All cabinetry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once you accept your quote we will send an invoice to remit payment. Payment in full is required to place your order. Once payment is received, your cabinetry order will be placed.
